  1. Assemble an Attractive Personality
•A Positive Mental Attitude is the right mental attitude in any given situation.
•Courtesy is your most profitable asset and it is absolutely free!
•Emotions are nothing but reflections of your mental attitude, which you can organize, guide, and completely control.
•Your personality is your greatest asset or your greatest liability because it embraces everything you control ...your mind, body, and soul.
To be happy, make someone else happy!

  2. “We are all functioning at a small fraction of our capacity to live fully in its total meaning of loving, caring, creating and adventuring.
Consequently, the actualizing of our potential can become the most exciting adventure of our lifetime.” – Herbert Ottto

  3. Be a winner. "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever." - 1 Corinthians 9:24-25.

  4. WINNER......Everyone wants to win, but wanting to win is not the key to winning, it is having the will to practice.....preparation, practice, dicipline and doing the right things every day allows you to do the winning thing some day.
