Triggered again? Why and How to Shift Your Experience

Triggered again? Why and How to Shift Your Experience

Triggered again?
We all get triggered at times. No matter how successful or enlightened someone is, when you desire more in your life than what is there, and you don’t discover why, I guarantee you will get triggered.
Every time you want to grow to the next level, accomplish more, make a greater impact, something has to shift in order to move to that next level of awareness.
If we aren’t doing our conscious work proactively then what happens is the universe, your guides, soul and God comply with your desire for change by showing you what you are creating now so you can shift it.
The more aware we are of our beliefs and to our intuition and guidance from our guides the easier we will be able to shift and transform our experience to manifest our greatest potential.
It can be really difficult when we get triggered to understand why what is happening is happening to us.
The first thing to do is to really get in touch with what you are feeling and thinking about yourself and the situation. As hard as it may be, see it as an opportunity for growth. Write down your experience.
Ask yourself how you are creating it. This is the hard part to take responsibility for what is happening.
So for example, you wanted someone to help you share what you do and they turn you down. So you may feel really hurt, disappointed, angry, rejected and unloved. You don’t understand why they or God isn’t helping you. You might feel like what you do isn’t valued, like your contribution isn’t valued. You may feel like you work so hard to make a difference and not meeting your goals. The difference between what you desire and what your beliefs and feelings are is what is creating your experience.
Those beliefs have been with you for a long time. Finding the source and clearing them will enable you to create a new experience. We usually need help and guidance to help us to see the truth.
In order to clear this you first have to ask for and be open to help from your guides, your soul and God. Once your intuition is open and you have a clear connection with your guidance you will be able to receive the answers and guidance to heal and shift your beliefs and experience and help others.
Even if you don’t feel like your intuition is open or clear, still ask for guidance and listen to your thoughts.

7 Thing to Remember When Everything Seems to Be Going Wrong

7 Things to Remember When Everything Seems to Be Going Wrong

Not one person leads a life without feelings the grasp of Murphy’s law for at least a short period. Sometimes it feels as if at every turn something is going wrong. To get through these tough times we really have to rally all of our will power to make it through, but many have struggled down this path before and made it. So will you.

1. A Positive Affirmation
Having a positive affirmation, prayer or mantra to repeat  when things get rough can really  help keep our brain on a positive track. Carry around your positive affirmation on a phone, notebook, bookmark, etc. Or you can ever memorize the positive affirmation, so you can repeat it whenever you are feeling down.

2. You are not ALWAYS in the Driver’s Seat
Some things are just truly out of our control. Learn how to differentiate between those things you can control and those you can’t. Once you know what you can control, you can begin making positive changes to avoid catastrophe in the future.
3. All Difficulties are Lessons
We think Steve Jobs put it best when describing how good and bad life events can lead to a successful final destination:
You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.”
We cannot exactly know what the outcome of our actions will be, but we still have to keep putting our best foot forward to get through.
4. You are Not Alone
Friends, family, co-workers, pets, kids, acquaintances- we all have at least one person special to help us get through these time. Do not be afraid to lean on or even ask for help from people when you are in need. You may have to swallow your pride a little bit, but even getting a chance to vent can make all of the difference.
5. Maintaining your Healthy Lifestyle is Still Important
It can be easy to let healthy habits slip while we are going through tough times. The thing is during difficult time our body needs us to put in the effort even more due to the fact our survival instinct that kicks in during these time doesn’t always offer the best outcomes for our health.  It is imperative to keep up a healthy diet an exercise to maintain our current state of health. Remember to take care of yourself even when you have every excuse in the world to just go for that pizza and box of twinkies then binge watch television on Netflix.
6. The Best Way Out is Through
The only way to get past the tough times is to go through them. Rather than delaying dealing with any troubles you may have now, start figuring out what you can do to solve or alleviate the problem. There are some troubles that we cannot fix, but working on what we can offers some relief.
7. All Things are Temporary
As the old saying goes: “This to shall pass.” You’ll get through this, and you’ll be a better person for it.

Rich in Good Works

By Pat Roberston

As we care for the poor, God cares for us

The Apostle Paul gives these instructions to Timothy, a young pastor: Tell those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which will soon be gone. But their trust should be in the living God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment. Tell them to use their money to do good. They should be rich in good works and should give generously to those in need, always being ready to share with others whatever God has given them. By doing this they will be storing up their treasure as a good foundation for the future so that they may take hold of real life ?(1 Timothy 6:17-19 nlt).

Around the world, hundreds of millions of people live on about a dollar a day. They are starving, wracked with disease, and miserable. It is God’s plan and purpose that we help those who are suffering. When we do, He pours out such blessing that we can’t contain it!

And what a blessing it is to know that, together, we are giving people food, clothing and shelter. We are helping victims of earthquakes, floods, tornadoes and fires. We are providing medicine to those who are sick and suffering. Most important, we are sharing the Good News of Jesus with hurting people in America and around the world. It’s a tremendous privilege that we can bring truth to those who need the Savior.

Our job is to provide for those in need. And when we are rich in good works, the Lord richly gives us all we need. God bless you!

Your Self-Esteem Determines Your Life

Your Self-Esteem Determines Your Life

Posted by Brian Tracy on Nov 23, 2010
Perhaps the most important part of the psychology of time management, and the role that your self-concept has in determining your performance and behavior, is the impact of your self-esteem in determining everything that happens to you.
Most psychologists agree that self-esteem is the critical determinant of a healthy personality. The best definition of self-esteem is, “how much you like yourself.” When you like and respect yourself, you always perform and behave better than if you did not.
The more you like yourself, the more confidence you have. The more you like yourself, the more efficient and effective you are in each area of your life. Self-esteem is the key to peak performance.
Your self-esteem is so important to your emotional health that almost everything you do is aimed at either increasing your feelings of self-esteem and personal value, or protecting it from being diminished by other people or circumstances. Self-esteem, the feeling of liking and respecting yourself, is the foundation principle of success and happiness. It is vital for you to feel fully alive.
The Key to Peak Performance
The flip side of self-esteem is called “self-efficacy.” This is defined as how effective you feel you are at doing or accomplishing a task or job. When you feel that you are really good at something, you experience positive feelings of self-efficacy.
One of the greatest discoveries in psychology was the discovery of the connection between self-esteem and self-efficacy. Now we know that the more you like yourself, the better you do at almost anything you attempt. And the better you do at something, the more you like yourself.
Each feeds on and reinforces the other. This finding is what makes time management so important for every part of your life. The better you use your time, the more you get done and the higher is your sense of self-efficacy. As a result, you like yourself more, do even higher quality work, and get even more done. Your whole life improves.
Three Self-Esteem Builders
There are three additional factors that affect your self-esteem that have to do with time management.
1. Determine Your Values
Living your life consistent with your deepest values is essential for you to enjoy high self-esteem. People who are clear about what they believe in and value, and who refuse to compromise their values like and respect themselves far more than people who are unclear about what is really important to them.
This immediately brings up the question, “How much do you value your life?” People who truly value their lives are people who highly value themselves. People who value themselves highly use their time well. They know that their time is their life.
The “Law of Reversibility,” says that feelings and actions interact on each other. If you feel a certain way, you will act in a manner consistent you’re your feeling. However, the reverse is also true.
If you act in a certain way, your actions will create within you the feelings that are consistent with them. This means that when you act as if your time was extremely valuable, the action causes you to feel like a more valuable and important person. By managing your time well, you actually increase your self-esteem, and by extension, you become better at whatever you are doing.
The very act of living your life consistent with your values, and using your time effectively and well, improves your self-image, builds your self-esteem and self-confidence, and increases your self-respect.
2. Strive for Mastery
The second factor that affects your self-esteem is your sense of being in control of your life and work, your feeling of mastery in whatever you do.
Everything that you learn about time management, and then apply in your work, causes you to feel more in control of yourself and your life. As a result, you feel more effective and efficient. You feel more productive and powerful. Every increase in your feeling of effectiveness and productivity increases your self-esteem and improves your sense of personal well-being.
3. Know What You Want
The third factor that directly affects your self-esteem is your current goals and objectives, and the activities that you take to achieve those goals. The more your goals and your activities are congruent with your values, the better you feel. When you are working at something that you believe in, and which is consistent with your natural talents and abilities,  you like yourself more, and you do your work better.
